What is a fully furnished apartment / corporate apartment?
Prestige Accommodations Corporate Housing and Vacation Rentals only offers furnished housing in the finest apartment & condomium communities throughout metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson. Each home is fully furnished with everything you will need to make you feel right at home including all furniture, artwork, housewares, linens/towels, and electronics. Cable television, utilities, local phone service, and wireless high-speed internet are also provided complimentary. Our goal is to truly provide you with comfortable environment to live, a place you will be proud to call your home.

Is there a minimum length of stay for a furnished apartment?
Most locations have a 30-day minimum length of stay. During certain times of the year and at certain communities, we may offer stays of less than 30 days. Please call one of our trained representatives for more information.


How much is a typical fully furnished corporate apartment?
Due to the major variations in temperature throughout the year in the Southwest, there are distinct seasons that determine the monthly price of a furnished apartment. High season is from December 15th – April 15th, when prices tend to be higher than during the summer. To check on the price of a specific apartment, please use the 'Search' feature and select a specific community.  The pricing, by season, is listed on each community profile.


What household items are provided in a 'Prestige' fully furnished corporate apartment?

Do you provide housecleaning services?
We can arrange daily, weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services for an additional fee.

How will you bill me?
All monthly charges are consolidated on one, itemized statement. You may pay this bill by check, money order or with a credit card. Credit card payments including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover can be completed automatically if you so choose by filling out a simple credit card authorization form. Our state-of-the-art billing system can also customize billing for corporations by itemizing and billing each charge separately.

Can I bring my family pet?
Many of Prestige’s communities allow small pets for an additional fee. Please call our office for a complete list of pet friendly complexes.
